Legal Support Secretary
| Location : | 21 Cantonment Road Singapore |
| Reports : | Reports to Partners generally and to Junior Partner specifically |
| Objectives : | To assist Junior Partner in delivery of legal services |
| Duties : | Managing conveyancing and probate files |
| Preparation of legal documents | |
| Terms : | Salary to be agreed (and dependent on level of experience) |
| Mondays to Fridays from 8.30am to 5.30pm | |
| Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30 pm. (One Saturday off each month) |
PERSON DESCRIPTION
| Qualifications : | O’Levels (minimal) |
| Experience : | Experience of working in the fields of conveyancing and probate desirable |
| Skills : | Computer literacy skills essential. A working knowledge of Lexis Affinity software or any law management system desirable |
| Able to write grammatically | |
| Customer Service skills desirable | |
| Other attributes : | Well organised, neat and tidy in handling paperwork |
| Able to work in a team |
Legal Technology Officer
| Location : | 21 Cantonment Road Singapore |
| Reports : | Reports to Partners generally |
| Objectives : | To assist Foo & Partners in delivery of legal services |
| Duties : | To assist in the firm’s internal practice management (in better using technology to work on existing matters) |
| To assist the firm’s online presence and online relationship with existing and future clients | |
| To assist the firm’s compliance with Personal Data Protection Act and Internet Security | |
| To advise on new technologies for emerging needs | |
| To attend to matter archival | |
| Terms : | Salary to be agreed (and dependent on level of experience) |
| Mondays to Fridays from 8.30am to 5.30pm | |
| Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30 pm. (One Saturday off each month) |
PERSON DESCRIPTION
| Qualifications : | Computer Science degree (minimal) |
| Experience : | Experience of working in IT support desirable |
| Skills : | Computer literacy skills essential. A working knowledge of Lexis Affinity software or any law management system desirable |
| Other attributes : | Able to work in a team and to teach existing and future staff of Foo & Partners |
