Notarisation and Commissioning Services
We provide Notary services for legal documents to be used overseas including the preparation of Notarial certificates if required.
We also provide commissioning services for documents that need to be witnessed by a commissioner for Oaths eg Statutory Declarations and Affidavits.

We can provide certified true copies upon sighting original documents.
Deed Polls for change of name
We draft deed polls for those wishing to add to, vary or condense their names in their official NRIC/ passport.
Powers of Attorney concerning property or other matters
This service is often requested if you, a family member or a friend will be out of town and consequently unavailable to sign various important documents in the course of a transaction.
The most frequent use of this would be in a Conveyancing context where documents to be signed include the option to purchase, the transfer, the loan acceptance and other security documents, and the tenancy agreement.
We assist in preparing powers of attorney to allow a designated person (called an Attorney) to act for a Principal in a sale, purchase or subletting / general management of an existing property (private or HDB). We also draft powers of attorney where the propert(ies) concerned are yet to be selected (typically when the Principal has not identified the exact property to be purchased).
In a non-Conveyancing context, powers of attorney may also be required to handle a Principal’s other affairs in his absence or physical incapacity, including liaising with banks and other institutions regarding bank accounts and sale of vehicles.
